Accounts of the qodesh. Written in a hand different from that of Shemuel b. Seʿadya, who wrote the other extant accounts for Abū l-Bayān, it lists 22 apartments and compounds. The same categories of expenditures are listed in the second part of the account as in the previous one. The total revenue is 308 dirhams, a little more than the average for the two previous months.

Refers to the qāḍī Amīn al-Dawla Abū ʿAlī; a request that the addressee put in a good word for the bearer of this letter, Abū ʿAlī Ibn Qaṭāʾīf, who has never purchased goods from government bureaus (dīwān) or public auctions (ḥalqa) (והו מא ישתרי שי מן אלדיואן ולא מן חלקה ולא לה אסם בשרא חואיג מן דיואן) but who is being persecuted by the police (al-rajjāla) on account of his unemployment. There is a version of a raʾy clause toward the end.

The accounts are undated but the paleography and content helps to date them to the early nineteenth century. […] Further research is necessary to identify additional villages in the account subheadings, many or all of which are likely within 5-10 miles north/west of Qalyūb based on the previously identified locations.

T-S K25.240 consists of small written orders, partly in Hebrew and partly in Arabic script, for monthly payments, made out of the rent-revenue from the pious foundation (waqf) 'Compound of the Poor' or from the pious foundation made by the physician al-Muhadhdhab.

First she withdrew from mingling with people (inʿazalat ʿan al-khalṭa—unless this refers to a khilṭ/humor) and remained either silent (sākita) or with some altered mental status (sābita). […] The family members refrained from giving her any medicine to drink on account of the pregnancy. Finally, God had mercy and she gave birth.

There are three or four distinct documents present: (I) the end of a petition with blessings for the caliph or a high authority (wa-li-mawlānā ṣallā Allāhu ʿalayhi al-raʾy al-ʿālī) (II) account for the receipt of grain(?) in a government granary (مسطح؟) or sugar refinery (maṭbakh, lit. "kitchen") (III) two more blocks of fiscal accounting, at 90 degrees to each other. Needs examination.

On the recto there may be a reference to dying or merely the purchase of clothing with the account entry "סוליימאן בקיית קרמזי בגדו". After the name Suleiman, this phrase appears to be incorporating the grammar and/or lexical elements of Arabic, Turkish, and Hebrew in short succession.

Marqūra and the property of the office of the noble lady of al-Āmir in the "Muḥawwil chamber" (al-majlis al-muḥawwil was a chamber in the qaṣr al-baḥr, which in turn was a component of al-qaṣr al-kabīr, the great palace complex of the Fatimid caliphs). Dating: this account is for the kharājī year 550, which corresponds to 551/52 AH and 1156/57 CE.
