Peraḥyah owes Berakhot 480 dirhams, to be returned by the end of the month of Sivan, "which corresponds to Rabīʿ al-Awwal 617 - May 1220. As a surety, Peraḥyah mortages "the two thirds of the two shops, and the upper story above them, the other third owned by Abū al-Maḥāsin al-Naṣrānī al-Zayyāt, in the Darb al-Mamṣūṣa". Netan'el b. Berakhot signs along the judge. In a post-note, made on the 29th of Iyyar of that year (4.5.1220 CE), Peraḥyah adds 20 dirhams to the loan, making the debt a round 500 dirhams. -- see Goitein Nachlass material
