The groom is Avraham ha-Sar, son of Shelomo ha-Sar, som of Sa'adya ha-Sar "known as אבן אלמשנקץ". Friedman, who edited the document, could not decipher the name or title and suggested אלמשוק, but the reading אבן אלמשנקץ is confirmed by the memorial list which mentions "the house of the sons of al-Mushanqiṣ", headed by Sa'adya, one of whose sons is Shelomo (PGPID 19556), and also other 13th-century documents which mention this family (PGPID 4617, PGPID 4520, PGPID 40229).
