Dated in Tishrei 5323 AM (1562 CE). Yaʿaqov b. ʿAbd al-Karīm al-Kohen al-Kurd(ī)? leases a riwāq (portico) property from the Karaite communal qodesh for a period of one year.
Dispute resolution related to the betrothal and engagement of Trkīye (תרכיה) bt. Farjallah b. Naṣrallah al-Levi al-Qayyīm, whose father Farjallah had reached an agreement with ʿAbd al-Raḥmān Khiḍr al-Fūlādī for her future marriage to ʿAbd al-Daʾīm (the latter's son). […] The case goes on to describe that Trkīye's (maternal) grandfather Shemuʾel b. Yaʿaqov al-Levi al-Somekh al-Qayyīm "wrote a fatwa" in favor of his granddaughter's position, nullifying the arrangements her father Farjallah made when she was a minor. […] The court case concludes with Trkīye's engagement to a different fiancé, Yosef b. ʿAbd al-Daʾīm al-Levi al-Qudsī, who makes marital payments of: 50 silver dirham + 26 gold ashrafī + 20 gold ashrafī.

Netanʾel ha-Dayyan and his unnamed seven-year-old paternal cousin, the daughter of Shemuʾel Fayrūz. The case was brought by Yiṣḥaq b. ʿAbd al-Raḥīm Fayrūz, who had recently been in a physical altercation (צ'ראבה) in which he fought his cousin Shelomo on Shabbat. Yiṣḥaq testifies that this incident involving Shelomo and their seven-year-old cousin took place in Dammūh.
