The Yefet in question may well be Ḥasan/Yefet b. Abī Saʿd Ibrāhīm al-Tustarī, on whom see further T-S 16.50, given the Qaraite content, the grand titles of the addressee, and the fact that he's called ḥemdat ha-nesiʾut (his father-in-law was the Qaraite nasi Ḥizqiyahu).

Legal document in the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe. Three fragments from the lower part of the document. […] Involves: A deceased Sar Shalom; Abū l-Faraj Yeshuʿa b. Menashshe ha-Levi Rosh ha-Qahal known as al-Jubaylī; Natan/Hiba ha-Levi; and Abū l-Riḍā.
On recto it is described how the amīr Shams al-Dīn Tuquz bought the entire house from Muḥāsin b. Hibba b. Thābit the Jew, his brother Abū al-Izz, and their three sisters.
Letter sent from Aden to Cairo dealing with a package of pearls, which had been the object of litigation before the Nagid (Avraham Maimonides) in Egypt and before Maḍmūn b. David in Aden. The beginning and end of the letter are missing, so that we do not know who the writer and addressee were. […] The writer’s business partner later encountered some difficulties in getting Muwaffaq to deliver the bundle, and he made a public report on these difficulties in Aden in Maḍmūn b. David’s presence. Muwaffaq had claimed that he had been instructed to deliver the pearls to another merchant.
