Abū l-Riḍā b. Hilāl and Abū ʿAlī Samawʾal b. Maḥāsin, and possibly other names in between or after.
It looks like there are at least three distinct documents pasted together, including one with a remnant of an ʿalāma in very large letters. The main document resembles a commercial dār receipt (see tag); merits further examination.
One party is Isḥāq b. Manṣūr al-Yahūdī. Information from Khan, Arabic Legal and Administrative Documents in the Cambridge Genizah Collections, p. 46.
Qūrīl (=Cyril), apparently a Coptic civil servant (al-[...] fī l-dīwān). Includes a description of his physical appearance (as is usual for iqrārs).

Verso: letter, mentioning Fusṭāṭ, a certain Abū ʿAlī and living arrangements of certain people. A certain Joseph sends best of greetings.
The sender conveys distress about the addressee's distance from his children and over someone's loss of prestige (kasr al-jāh). There are prayers that God shelter everyone.
(Or rather this phrase is something like فقرأت اكثر and not someone's name at all.) Probably a join with T-S AS 155.412.
Recto: letter from the 16th century, mentioning the names Abraham Ibn Ṣūr, Reuben the Babylonian, Abraham Nuniʾel (נוניאל), Faraj Allah the proselyte, and Yequtiʾel. Verso: an abbreviated blessing for the bearer of the letter and an abbreviated curse for whoever may intercept it and open it without permission.
On verso there is a note in response, acknowledging receipt of the order and indicating that the addressee has already filled it or is working on filling it. Verso is very busy with several other sorts of text, too.
Isḥāq, likely for what he owes as the tax farmer of something (min jumlat mā ʿalayhi ʿan [ḍamānih?]...). On verso there is petition-like text, possibly a draft or possibly the bottom of an actual petition that was torn up for scrap paper.

There is one line of documentary interest on verso: "Sitt Naʿīm the landlady (ṣāḥibat al-ār) received what was due for the month of the holidays, Elul and Tishrei, and she is still owed. . . ."
Accounts in Judaeo-Arabic, one entry is listed at the location darb al-jayyida[?]. Dating is 16-17th-century based on the paleography.
Names mentioned include Eliʿezer al-Griego and Yosef b. ha-Ḥakham. Currencies include קרונה, גדיד, and פצה.
Moshe ha-Kohen (see T-S NS 321.12 (PGPID 9213)), [...] al-Maḥallī, possibly Ibn Asad, and partnership dealings.

Mentions Abū Saʿīd; Abū ʿAlī; Ṣedaqa; and it seems the raising of an orphan daughter (ויתולא תרביתהא).
One of the entries on verso mentions Isḥāq b. Manṣūr al-Yahūdī and the purchase of something. One of the entries on recto mentions zakāt and is dated: Ramaḍān 456 AH = 1064 CE if read correctly.
Recto: catena of verses from Psalms 119, quoting the first verse of each alphabetical acrostic (including Psalms 119:1, 9, 17, 25, 33, 41, 49, qof is missing).
Informal note addressed to a scribe (al-sofer) instructing him to write a petition to 'our master' (sayyidnā) on behalf of a woman in which she can convey her (wretched) state.
Avraham ha-Kohen Peʾer ha-Kohanim 2.25 shares of the maṭbakh known by the name of the residence of al-Rashīd Samawʾal for 25 dinars. Dating: ca. 1240 CE according to Goitein (based on recto?).

Letter fragment from a certain Yosef, in al-Maḥalla. In Judaeo-Arabic. Seems to be sent to a woman (תבעתי לי).
Long amulet for Simḥa bat Esther (suggesting late and perhaps Sephardic origin, since Simḥa was a man's name in the classical Geniza period), asking the archangel Michael (ונבקש ממעלת קדושתכם, almost like it is a letter) to make her pleasing to her husband, whose name has not been filled in.
Letter of recommendation in German for Rabbi Barukh Löb Alpern, mid-19th-century. The place name appears to be Agram, which turns out to be the German name for Zagreb in the Habsburg era.
Beautiful calligraphic fragment of deed of sale of a bathhouse in Zawilat al-Mahdiyya, Ifrīqiya, by one Jew to another. The seller describes the bath and mentions that the bathhouse had been acquired by his brother, as proved by the document of purchase produced in court.

The mention of the ashrafī makes it possible to date this fragment as no earlier than 1425 CE, when this form of coinage was first minted under Sultan al-Ashraf Barsbay. On recto there are supplication prayers (tahanunim) of Shemuel b.
Letter mentioning 4,000 of something, 8 of something else, Abū ʿImrān, and two people with intriguing names: Abū l-Ḥasan Ṣadaqa Ibn al-Qārūs (“Son of the Lever”) and Abū Zekharya Ben Yiju (this fragment is not cited in India Book III, or anywhere else).
Many entries mention names, such as: Yeshūʿa ʿAbd-al-Wāḥid and Avraham Ben-Ṣahal. MCD.
