Verso: Formulary for a deathbed release (or at least a release in the setting of old age and frailty) granted by a woman to a male in-law. All the names are left as place fillers. Location: Fustat.
"mā rāḥ ḥaẓẓuk fī l-ʿūlyā bi-muntaqiṣ", a variant of the poem by al-Buḥturī. Contains a name "Ḥassūn b. Muḥamad b. ʿAbd al-Ṣamad". Needs examination.
In the hand of Mevorakh b. Natan. Contains part of the dowry list. The dowry is valued at 400-some dinars.
The address is partially preserved; it might be possible to extract a name or two. Reused on verso for a technical recipe in Judaeo-Arabic, maybe medical.
Dated 13[.]2 Seleucid; Goitein read 1342 Seleucid = 1030/31CE, but could be 1372 or 1392 (=1080/81 CE) as well. The names of witnesses are not preserved. (Information from CUDl and Goitein's index card.)

Two lines are crossed out. Mentions the Muslim name ʿAbd al-Jabbār b. Ḥassūn b. ʿUthmān. On recto there is the opening of the ʿamida prayer, translated word-for-word into Judaeo-Arabic.
Mentions: brazilwood (baqqam); other business deals; regards to Sitt Naʿīm (Ḥalfon's wife); good wishes for a holiday, perhaps Purim.
to his 'brother' Eliyya Prianty(?) (these names are probably wrong). In Ladino. In the margin there are accounts in Hebrew script (language unclear) and western Arabic numerals.
Crossed out. The sender's name looks like Bū l-Majd, and the addressee is [Abū] Isḥāq.
Menashshe ha-Levi (fl. 1100–1138 CE). The top line names a dead person and 'his sister Fākhira.' The next lines give weights of various substances such as boxthorn (khawlān), opium (afyūn), and something black.
Involves Abū l-Faḍl; someone's brother in al-Maḥalla; a woman named [...]l bt. Elʿazar ha-Kohen the cantor; and a condition about if she remains unmarried.
There do not appear to be any names or details preserved.
On verso there is a note about an expenditure of 550 dirhams for tearing down (naqḍ) the walls of something. Needs further examination.
