Goitein describes the endeavor as "civil law" (אלחק פי מא בינהם) adjudicated by the court.
Verso: multiple blocks of text going in four different directions. One of them is the ending of a legal document (or draft thereof) dated Kislev 1161/2 CE (1473 Seleucid).
The recto and verso account for payments "אל ווצל" across two sequential days of the same week where the days are clearly listed in each as Friday (recto) and Saturday (verso). The entries below each heading include names and perhaps itemized accounts.

A certain Shelomo Sholāl is mentioned in the first row of entries on the verso, who may be a descendant of the final Nagids.
This man also appears in ENA 4010.44 [PGPID 2661]. On the other side of the page is a piyyut.

This list in Hebrew is likely from a broader booklet ENA 2898.7-14 where other accounts mention payments in sherifi (שרפי= produced post-1425 CE).
Undated, but this document must have been issued at the same time as the couple's ketubba (ENA 3306.1 PGPID 12852) from 5544 AM (1783/1784 CE).

Ghulayb, Abū Isḥāq, and Harūn Ibn Shamāri (appears also in ENA NS 77.220 (PGPID 13544)).
Refers repeatedly to excommunicating certain people; also mentions a fatwā related to the excommunication. The sender has enclosed a testimony and a validation (qiyyum) with this letter.
Mentions places such as Alexandria and Rashīd. Probably a join with ENA 3740.6.
A large magnitude from the top of the fragment is missing and a short strip from the right side of the document. Entire fragment is full of patronage language but it could also be just business-related.

Fragment, concluding 5 lines of what seems a state document in a chancery hand ending with a ṣalwala. Some phrases: "wa l-dukhūl fīhi sana", "in kān l-zamān qad afīḍī/afḍī?
Verso contains possibly a different letter as well as the end of a legal deed about a geṭ, at 90 degrees.
Meyuḥas will rent a house on "darb al-midrash" (on the street of the beit midrash) in the qodesh of the Mustaʿribim from the 7th of Elul II until the end of Elul of the year 1779 CE (5539 AM) for 300 a month, yielding a total of 2100.
The figures are epressed alphanumerically throughout the entries and the palegraphy suggests that this fragment may be 17th/18th-century.
Dating is 18th- or 19th-century based on the Ottoman kurush reference in Arabic and perhaps post-1707 if the word "גנזרילי" on the verso was intended as a reference to the gold cinzirli (the spelling is somewhat unclear for this to be certain). Some of the account entries mention names, such as: Abdaraḥman al-Maghribī and Raḥamīm Gershon.
Release granted by Yaḥyā ha-Kohen to Abū l-Waḥsh Sibāʿ, the husband of his sister's daughter. Consists almost entirely of legalese, including 12 lines of wa-lā X wa-lā Y wa-lā Z.
The second mentions the occurrence of marriage at the end of the month. Recto: Mostly writing practice, "Yaʿqūb" and "Uthmān', also continues on verso.

Recto: end of a letter and postscript, advising Yefet the cantor ("whom we have appointed") to come to the gate of the yeshiva, as nobody can recite qaddish until he does so.
