Two faded lines in a chancery hand containing a ṣalwala (wa-l-ṣalā ʿalā al-sayyīd Muḥammad al-muṣṭafa wa-ālihi al-ṭāhirīn) which suggests that it is from the end of the document.
Looks like the same handwriting as ENA 2727.57.

Letter addressed to a cantor (סידי אלחזאן היקר) consisting entirely of instructions about calendrical reckoning related to the current year 4838 AM = 1077/78 CE.
End of a petition from someone identifying himself as a certified hazzan to two people in Cairo requesting their assistance.
Faraḥ al-Qābisī appears at the end, but it is not immediately clear whether he is the writer.

Goitein identifies this as a trousseau list, though in that case it might be odd for two of the entries to say "Avraham's." (Information from Goitein's index cards)

A join for this fragment appears in the neighboring shelfmark ENA 3285.19r (Matthew Dudley). Both of these state fragments were reused for a literary text in Hebrew (perhaps piyyut according to FGP).
Pinholes in the margin match those of ENA 3948.5, suggesting both were sewn into a book binding or textile stiffener.
