Report of death of a Jewish woman. In Arabic script. The deceased is Fakhriyya bt. Abū l-Faraj b. Bū Saʿīd. Her father, Abū l-Faraj, will inherit her possessions. The document is witnessed and signed by Abū l-Ghamr b. Maʿālī and by Mufaḍḍal b. al-Dayyān al-Maskīl (or perhaps al-Rabbān al-Maskīl as Khan has it). Dated: Wednesday, 11 Jumādā II 697 AH, which is 26 March 1298 CE.

- In the name of God, the merciful and compassionate.
- The Jewish slaves report the death of Fakhriyya, the Jewess, daughter of Abū al-Faraj
- ibn Bū Saʿīd, the Jew, leaving by way of heirs having a right
- to her inheritance her father, the aforementioned Abū al-Faraj, on Wednesday, the
- eleventh of the month of Jumādā II, in the year six-hundred and ninety-seven.
- Praise be to God, the eternal.
