Fragment from the end of a legal document. Location: Fustat. Dated: last decade of Adar 14[..] Seleucid = 1089–1188 CE. Two copies were made, or perhaps three, one for each party and one to be kept by the court. Concerns the sale of a house, mentioning the buyer [...] b. Ṣedaqa and Abū l-Ḥasan the brother of the deceased man. May refer to people promising to leave the property, or intiqāl could refer to the transfer of possession.
