Legal document regarding the establishment of the Hevra Qadisha, a burial society, with a list of 7 ordinances (monthly payments, age of joining, etc.). Dating: late, probably no earlier than 16th century. These arrangements might be related to the Rosh Mishmeret communal institution known from later documents concerning Rabbanite and Karaite burial practices, such as Yevr.-Arab. II 1583 (PGPID 28042) and BL OR 10118.6 (PGPID 19007). (MCD with Information in part from CUDL.)
