Bifolio. Made of parchment. One page contains a draft of a rhymed/poetic letter about the pains of separation from the beloved (ארי אתארכם ואדוב שוקא ואסרב(?) פי מואטנכם . . . . ואסאל מן בפרקתכם בלאני ימן עלי מנכם באלרגועי . . . ופארקני עלי רגמי הגועי עאד וכם קאל לאעוד וכאן מא ועד הו ועיד אחסן מא נחן פי וצלי ערץ מא ביננא צדיד וכם תגלת לא לאני עלי עדאב אלהוא גליד לאכנני טאלב רצאה והאכדא תפעל אלעביד כתאב מן אלמשתאק יכבר אלצנא ואני למשתאק לגיבתכם ענא סלאם עליכם מא אשד פראקכם פיאלית אנא קבל פראקנא מתנא תשאגל . . מוענא) with a Hebrew poem on the other side; the other two pages contain a faded Arabic text.
