Recto: Upper part of a petition, in Arabic script. Dating: 557 H. The petition is submitted in the dual, and is regarding an iqṭāʿ, or probably its transfer as can be discerned from the response on the verso. Verso: Possibly a rescript concerning the content of the petition, indicates the transfer of an iqṭāʿ. Some towns of the Faiyum like Aṭfīḥ, and Samalūṭ are mentioned. On both sides the term iqṭāʿ appears multiple times. Needs examination.
