The fragment closes with mention of his opinion regarding proceeding/advancing toward something or somewhere (ورأيه في التقدم إلى [...]), but the destination and the final details are lost. The text connotes an ensuing battle. On the verso, there is mirror-image Hebrew script. Needs further examination.
