  2. [    ] ...after offering greetings and sincere prayers, now then:

  3. My dear father, this time, 275 qinṭārs of firewood were sent with the navigator ʿAbdallāh Anṣārī Saʿīdī.

  4. When they arrive, take possession of them.

  5. My dear father, in this manner

  6. take possession of them and record them in your register,

  7. and the Mevlevī dervishes

  8. on the occasion of the navigator’s sojourn there [lit., ‘on that side’]
