State document, in Arabic script. Probably internal correspondence, mentioning multiple amirs (all called [...] al-Dawla). The ends of 5 lines are preserved. Mentions "al-mulaṭṭaf" meaning a decree from the caliph (al-Maqrīzī, al-Iṭṭiʿāẓ, vol.2, pg. 153). Needs further examination.
