Letter, small fragment from the opening, mostly formulaic. Probably a letter of appeal for charity, as it mentions unemployment (al-ʿuṭla) followed by blessings for the honor (jāh) of the addressee. Legible phrases: קדרהא וכבד אעדאהא וא . . . . לאהל אלביות . . . בהא מא נאלה מן אלצאיקה . . . אלעטלה . . . פי מא אעדתה בגאההא . . .
