Recto and verso (secondary use): Letter recounting a dispute. In the hand of Yeḥezqel b. Netanʾel ha-Levi (compare T-S 13J19.13 (PGPID 9120)). The sender is scared of running afoul of the ustādh (a government official); mentions the town of Qarqashanda. Mentions Elʿazar the judge, Abū l-Ḥasan, Abū l-Ṭāhir, Fusṭāṭ and Cairo. (Information in part from CUDL and Friedman, Dictionary, p. 77 and elsewhere.)
