- What do our lords the jurisconsults, may God grant them success in his honourable service and bestow
- upon them the substance of his bounty, say concerning the following. Some Jewish people have houses that have been made pious foundations for their poor.
- The condition of their foundations was that these foundations would not be dissolved except by the resolution of the head.
