  1. What do our lords the jurisconsults, may God grant them success in his honourable service and bestow  
  2. upon them the substance of his bounty, say concerning the following. Some Jewish people have houses that have been made pious foundations for their poor. 
  3. The condition of their foundations was that these foundations would not be dissolved except by the resolution of the head.
