Description

Recto (secondary use): Letter in Judaeo-Arabic from Yūsuf to his 'brother.' Some colloquial spellings (e.g. יתפע instead of ידפע). The writer reports that he obtained from Abū l-Faraj 20 dirhams nuqra and discusses several further transactions, including payments to al-Shaykh al-Thiqa. Abū l-Faraj has vowed to repay the 7 dinars without delay.
