On the writer, see India Book II, 6 (DK 230.3 (alt: XIX) (PGPID 5422)), India Book II, 9 (Moss. II,160 (PGPID 5451)), and ENA NS I.84 (PGPID 11967). Very little of the content of this letter remains.
