Note from Sahlan b. Avraham, leader of the Babylonians in Fustat, to Aharon the Cantor (b. Efrayim), in which he informs him that a certain physician has arrived from Jerusalem, bearing letters from the Gaon to people in Fustat, ca. 1035.
