Saʿāda
Description / Bio
Sudāniyya enslaved woman who served as a child-nurse (dāda), mentioned together with her unnamed son in a deathbed letter. Saʿāda's enslaver wrote to her sister to express her wishes that the enslaved woman continue to care for her daughter (who will soon be motherless).
