תיאור

Recto: beginning of a Qaraite ketubba. Dated: Wednesday, 1 Adar 12[..] Seleucid = 889–988 CE. There is a small drawing in the header. Verso and the upper margin were subsequently reused for a draft of another (Rabbanite?) ketubba. This one is dated 22 Elul 1304 Seleucid = 11 September 993 CE. The groom is Aharon b. Baqāʾ and the bride is Durra. (Information in part from Goitein's index card.)
