Recto: legal query signed by Nahray b. Nissim and Avraham b. Yiṣḥaq (the signatures are copied by the scribe who wrote the document). Location: Fustat. Dated: Sivan 1391 Seleucid = May/June 1080 CE. Verso: Copy of a court record from Alexandria (אלכסנדריא שלמצרים) from a court appointed by Mevorakh [b. Saʿadya]. Begins "נסכה אלמעשה אלדי וצל מן גהה בית דין נטרינון רח הקבועין..." A few lines from the bottom of the page, this side too is revealed as part of a legal query. So this could be the first page of the document, and recto could be the continuation.
