Legal query in the hand of Shelomo b. Eliyyahu. Addressed to Avraham Maimonides. A man gifted his wife certain silver vessels. He willed his property and household furnishings to the Heqdesh. Then he died. The court came and took possession the silver vessels he had gifted to his wife, along with his other possessions. She objects that these items now belong to her.
