Verso: Letter or note in Arabic script. Containing morning greetings for a dignitary, maybe a Nasi (. . . الله صباح الحضرة الاجلية السامية الريسية الداودية . . . . من الدنيا والاخرة). Refers to prophets (ʿalayhim al-salām) and mentions "the birth" (al-wilāda). May also refer to biblical verses (البواسيق؟). Extremely faded. Merits further examination. Reused for Hebrew literary text on both sides.
