Possibly a fragment of a late letter in Hebrew, and maybe some Judaeo-Arabic. Mentions "woolen clothing", possibly being sent aboard "a ship of Venice" but these may be separate sentences (בספינת ויניציאה). Later on in the marginal text "red clothing. A dockyard/port is probably mentioned in line 7, אסקאלה (isqāla) but the qof is written oddly. Requires further examination.
