Ownership/dedication notes: "written for Elʿazar b. ʿOvadya." A version of this appears also in Arabic: "this is for Abū Manṣūr b. ʿAbdallāh al-Isrāʾīlī" followed by blessings, concluding with a mention of someone or something al-Iskandarāniyya. The left page contains additional names including Ḥasan [ha-Ko]hen b. Ḥalfon and Yosef b. Ḥalfon ha-Kohen, then Elʿazar and Ṣedaqa b. Yosef and Yosef.
