Poem אברך אל אשר יצר יצורים ואודהו. According to the colophon on verso, the poem is in honor of Elʿazar b. Yosef ha-Levi and was written by Menashshe b. Yehuda ‘Descendant of the Geʾonim’. A Menashshe b. Yehuda, living at the end of the 11th century, is known from other Genizah documents, though it is not clear whether this is the same figure. (Information from CUDL.)
