Likely fiscal accounts, in very small writing. E.g. "min māl. . . al-aʿmāl..." and "wuṣūl... dīnārayn..." Underneath there may be a date (560 AH?). It seems this was used as part of a binding of a booklet of Hebrew piyyuṭim, likely by the same scribe who reused T-S NS 110.157 (PGPID 41745).
