Fragment of Ibn Sīnā's Kitāb al-Qānūn fī l-ṭibb written on a narrow strip of paper and probably dated to the 7th/13th century. The quoted text is equivalent to that given in the Būlāq ed., I, 96. At the top of the page on the recto, the writer indicated that he wrote this short text for himself (لي). Only a small portion of the verso is preserved. (information from Savage-Smith)
