Bifolio. Two pages consist of Arabic medical recipes. Another page, written at 90 degrees, contains a Judaeo-Arabic summary of Maimonides's discussion of the return of prophecy to Israel in his Epistle to Yemen. This was written after his death in 1204 CE (refers to him as רבנו משה זצל). In the margin it says "understand this marvelous secret" (פאפהם הדא אלסר אלעגיב).
