Fragment of a state document. Wide line spacing. Likely a decree. The beginnings of four lines are preserved. May refer to indigo (al-nīl) and investigating something (al-taftīsh ʿan). Reused for Hebrew piyyuṭ on both sides by a scribe whose hand seems familiar from the large cluster of reused state documents under al-Afḍal (early 12th century).
