The partnership is to last one year and the parties include a woman named Sirwa -- who is to receive a third of all profits -- and a man named Tamīm al-Kohen al-Zayyāt(?). Reused on verso for several different text blocks. The most substantial is a list of accounts, mentioning items such as a mandīl dabīqī and an ibrīq with sums of dinars. At 90 degrees and partially crossed out there is the name of Shemuʾel b. Saʿadya(?) ha-Levi.
