Fragment of state correspondence in Arabic script. Legible words include muṣṭanaʿ, mustakhdam, in shāʾ allāh. Approximately 2 lines are preserved. On verso there is adidtional text, also in a chancery hand, possibly fiscal accounting. Needs further examination.
