Original use: Letter/petition from a certain Yaḥyā to a certain Yosef. He reports that he has previously tried to enter the service of the addressee, and he has now come to Cairo. The lower part is missing. Secondary use: Possibly writing exercises of a learner, who is copying the hafṭara for Rosh ha-Shana.
