Opening of a letter or state document in Arabic script, written in a chancery hand and with wide line spacing, but might in fact be a private letter with expressions of longing and statements like "I was amazed/dismayed" (وعجبت). On recto there is piyyuṭ with Judaeo-Arabic marginalia (names of spices). (Information in part from CUDL)
