תיאור

Recto: Introduction to a literary text. It is described as a 'noble book' (kitāb jalīl), 'arranged according to signs' (murattab ʿalā ʿalāmāt), something to with letters (ʿalā aḥad al-ḥurūf), the response of the conscience (jawāb ḍamīrih), Alexandria, Muslims, a cave in Alexandria, and Israel. it then says "give it to somebody who . . . the signs that the hand(?) puts on it. . . .," then more about extracting what is in the conscience (istikhrāj mā fī l-ḍamīr). Verso: Hebrew poem, unclear if this is the beginning of the text introduced on recto.
