Recto: Legal document in the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe. Location: Fustat. Dated: Tevet 1444 Seleucid = December 1132 / January 1133 CE, under the authority of Maṣliaḥ Gaon. Rental contract for 3/4 of a property by Abū Zikrī b. Yosef, it seems from Abū Kathīr and his wife Maḥfūẓa. A sum of 22.5 dinars is named. Unsigned. Verso: Summar (ikhtiṣār) of a legal transaction, also in the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe. Dated: Thursday, 18 Shevaṭ 1444 Seleucid = 26 January 1133 CE. Umm Ṣabiḥ (or Ṣubayḥ?) received a loan of 2 dinars from Mudallala bt. Abū l-Layth Ibn al-Ḍabʿa(?) and agrees to repay it within a specified time frame. The join was made by Moshe Yagur in FGP.
