Legal document in the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe (fl. 1100–1138 CE). Fragment from the bottom. One of the parties is referred to as "Rabbenu." Weiss describes it as "A litigation in court between two partners. Fragment. The date preserved is Sunday. Finished. The document is torn away at the top and on the right side. The script is faded and effaced, but on the whole legible. 15 lines. Pawns were pledged as security (ll. 4-6) in a partnership, (l. 9) muʿāmala; and the contract of partnership was lost (l. 10); the sums of 40 dinars (l. 2) and 100 dinars (l. 8) are mentioned. The profit of 60 dinars is also claimed by the claimant as due him. Five signatures are preserved and it might be assumed that there were even more. Signed by Natan b. Shelomo; Natan b. Shemuel (fl. 1128–1164 CE); Ḥalfon b. Yefet; Meshullam b. Menashshe he-Ḥaver; and Ḥalfon b. Menashshe."
