Two fragment so a legal document, likely in the hand of Hillel b. ʿEli. Draft, with crossouts and interlinear insertions. In Judaeo-Arabic. Mentions: speaking to someone in secret; Maʿālī al-Qābiḍ repaying somebody; 2 dinars; Abū l-Qāsim Ibn al-[Fa?]qīh b. Qays; the price of the goods of Ibrāhīm; and asking Ibn Qays to validate something. Dated: apparently Adar 1429 Seleucid, which would be 1118 CE, later than any other known documents by Hillel b. ʿEli. The date is written somewhat unclearly, with the hundreds digit resembling a ר more than a ת and the tens digit either נ or כ. Probable join (based on the same draft layout, hand, and references to the parties Abū l-Qāsim and Maʿālī) found by Alan Elbaum.
