Upper section: Probably a medical recipe ("yudaqq wa-yuʿjan...") involving galingale (khalwanjān) and ginger (janzabīl). Quantities are specified with Greek/Coptic numerals. Lower section: List of names accompanied by numerals. Names include: Ibn al-Ḥazzan; al-Ḥazzan; Asʿad; Yosef al-ʿAdanī; Moshe b. Ṣadoq; Sh[aykh?] al-Yahūd; Hibatallāh; ʿAbdūn; Yosef al-Jabbān; Muwaffaq al-Ṣayrafī. At the bottom of the list: "the total: 20." Dating: ca. late 13th or 14th century, based on the handwriting and the typical names.
