The document concerns the tax farming rights over a certain district (nāḥiya, ll. 3, 6). Mentions capitation taxes (jawālī) and seed advances (taqāwī) (l. 4). Witnesses include Jāmiʿ b. Abī l-[...]; Musāfir b. Abī l-Ḥusayn; Abū Ṭāhir b. [...]; Ibrāhīm b. ʿĪsā b. Muḥammad al-Khatīb(?). Merits further examination.
