(l. 2); Yaʿqūb Ibn al-Aswad al-Yahūdī (l. 3); possibly an agreement between two heirs (al-wārithayn al-madhkūrayn. . . al-muṣādaqa al-tāmma al-sharʿiyya wa-aqarrā annahumā ʿālimān bi-dhālika ʿilman sharʿiyyan. . .); a valid receipt (al-wuṣūl al-sharʿī); and then a release of the aforementioned husband. Needs further examination.
