Bifolio containing a narrative of a dispute arising from a partnership during the period Nisan 1463 through Adar 1464 Seleucid = 1152–53 CE. The parties are Ḥisday b. Yefet ha-Kohen acting as guardian for his nephew) Yefet b. Berakhot, and Sayyid al-Kull Shelomo b. ʿUlla Ibn al-Kāzarūnī. Ḥisday invests 150 dinars from the nephew's money with Shelomo for business ventures. Other characters are brought into the story: Abū Saʿd, and someone's wife Sitt al-Fakhr bt. Abū l-Yusr. At one point there is a condition involving a fee to be paid to 'the poor of New Cairo'; this document might come from the court of New Cairo rather than Fustat. T-S NS 310.77 (PGPID 25298) and T-S AS 151.108 (PGPID 17649) are probably related. (Information in part from FGP.) The scribe writes samekh with an undotted sin, e.g. שת אלפכר and שיד אלכל (cf. T-S AS 185.234 (PGPID 41349)).
