Part of an official letter or petition, addressed to a caliph based on the raʾy clause and caliphal blessings: "ولمولانا صلوات الله عليه علو [الراي]". In Arabic script. Wide space between the lines. A few words from 4 lines are preserved. Ends with a ṣalwala. Needs further examination.
