Notes for the drawing up of legal documents. Looks like the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe. Recto is for a deed involving something "being handed over to someone." The parties are Yosef b. Yehuda known as סדלו (the same family name appears in CUL Or.1080 J88 (PGPID 4018)) and Abū Saʿd b. Abū Yaʿqūb Ibn Kawjakh. The witnesses are Avraham b. Elʿazar and Ṭahor b. Yeshuʿa. The second line is cryptic — כאן צאמן(?) וגר ואלדה — maybe identifying Yosef as a guarantor or tax farmer and that "he dragged his father" before Abū Saʿd. The last line is also cryptic — והו אלדי כאן מתמסך בואלדה — "he was the one who held tight to his father." Verso refers to a release from Khalīl Yiṣḥaq b. Yeshuʿa ha-Levi to Moshe b. Meshullam.
